This extra-long and narrow cork roll is particularly suitable for longitudinal balance training—that is, balancing in the direction of travel. It enables fluid, creative movements with more freedom of movement and promotes control in stable positions.
The smaller diameter (12 cm) places the roller closer to the ground, providing a lower starting position and greater stability. This makes it particularly suitable for static exercises, slow training, and anyone who prefers a low-to-the-ground, controlled movement.
The Surfer Cork Roll is made from recycled natural cork, is non-slip, durable, and also available separately – ideal as a replacement or for DIYers who have built their own balance board.
