Shipping costs

Shipping of Balance Boards, Balance Trainers and Longboards is free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For all other products, a fee of CHF 2 or CHF 7 applies. International shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Gift vouchers are sent exclusively by email and therefore no shipping costs apply.

Delivery

All available products are ready to ship from stock. Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email. Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is handled by Swiss Post. For direct deliveries from suppliers or retail partners, other service providers may be used. Once your parcel has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Delivery times

Shipping is handled by Swiss Post and typically takes 2 business days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery outside Switzerland

We deliver to Germany, Austria, France and Italy. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.

Please note: For deliveries to EU countries (Germany, Austria, France, Italy), customs duties and import VAT may apply. These are not included in the displayed total price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The amount is determined by the relevant customs authorities based on the value of the goods.

In the event of refusal of acceptance or non-collection of the parcel, MECOS BOARDS reserves the right to deduct the resulting shipping costs (outbound and return) as well as any customs duties incurred from the refund amount.
