ORDERS
Where is my package?
Check the Swiss Post tracking link. Has the package been delivered but isn't there? Ask your neighbors. If the status has been "shipped" for more than five days, contact us – we'll take care of it.
How do I cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll cancel it for you.
SHIPMENT
How much are the shipping costs?
- Free shipping for balance boards & longboards
- For other products: CHF 2 or CHF 7 (depending on the item)
- Vouchers: free shipping by email
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, to Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, France, and Italy – you can see the shipping costs in the checkout. Other countries are available upon request: info@mecosboards.ch
How long does shipping take?
- Switzerland: approx. 2 working days
- Abroad: approx. 3–4 working days
Which shipping service will deliver my package?
We ship with Swiss Post and its international partners.

Which payment methods can I use?
TWINT, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
Where do I enter a discount code ?
In the checkout under the “ Payment ” step.
WARRANTY & RETURN
My product is defective – what should I do ?
Send us a photo of the damage and your order number to info@mecosboards.ch . We'll review the case and get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I return my product?
Register your return by email within 30 days . You will then receive all the information regarding return shipping.
REFUND
How do I get my money back?
After a successful return, we will refund you the amount or issue a credit note – whichever you prefer.

Where can I find my orders ?
Log in to your customer account, where you will find your entire order history.
How do I change my delivery or billing address ?
In your customer account under “ Account Details ” you can edit your addresses or add new ones.
