Where is my package?
If the package was delivered according to the tracking link from Swiss Post AG but you have not yet received it, first check whether your package has been left with a neighbor. If this is not the case and the shipping status has been "shipped" for more than five days, contact us .
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, contact us . We will do it for you.
SHIPMENT
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping for all balance boards and longboards is free. For all other products, shipping costs are CHF 2 or CHF 7. The respective shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Vouchers are sent exclusively by email.
We also deliver to Germany. The respective rates are determined by Swiss Post AG . Shipping to other countries can be requested via info@mecosboards.ch.
What are the general delivery times?
The delivery times for all products are usually 2 working days for deliveries within Switzerland. For deliveries to Germany, the delivery times are 3-4 working days.
Which shipping company will deliver my package?
All packages at home or abroad are delivered by Swiss Post AG and its business partners.

Which payment methods can I use in the online shop?
You can pay using TWINT, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple & Google Pay or Paypal.
Where can I enter a discount code?
Any discount code can be entered in the checkout process during the “Payment” step.

My product is defective, what can I do?
If your product is defective or has been damaged during shipping, you can contact us by email with the order number. We will then review your request and inform you about the next steps.

If your return is accepted, you will be credited and can place a new order.

How do I change my information such as delivery address or billing address?
Log in to your customer account. You can then change your addresses or add new ones under Account Details.
