1. The Foundation Stance: Your Basis for Everything
Before you do anything else, you need to find your stance. Are you goofy (right foot forward) or regular (left foot forward)? Feel which position feels natural.
Then: Feet shoulder-width apart on THE SURFER, weight evenly distributed, stand still. The reduced balance surface challenges you immediately – your core tension activates automatically.

2. Power Squats: Explosive Power for Your Pop-up
