This website is operated by MECOS BOARDS KIG, Schwabachstrasse 33, 8706 Feldmeilen, Switzerland ("we" or "MECOS BOARDS"). By visiting our website and/or purchasing a product, you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop mecosboards.ch. Deviating terms and conditions of the buyer are not recognised unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

Contract conclusion

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline orders without giving reasons.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). MECOS BOARDS KIG is not subject to VAT (UID: CHE-181.092.733), therefore no VAT is charged. For deliveries to EU countries, customs duties and import VAT may apply and are to be borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price valid at the time of ordering applies.

Payment

Payment is made via the methods available at checkout: credit card, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Twint. Payment is charged at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Available products are shipped from stock. Delivery times and shipping costs are governed by our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as customs authorities or carriers.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers residing in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. For all customers, we offer a 30-day return policy. The exact conditions are set out in our Return & Cancellation Policy.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with Swiss law (OR). In case of defects, please contact us at info@mecosboards.ch.

Limitation of liability

MECOS BOARDS KIG is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability for slight negligence as well as for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Data protection

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. For consumers residing in the EU, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Meilen, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence apply.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of ordering applies.
