Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Customers in the EU (Germany, Austria, France, Italy) additionally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

To request a return, please contact us by email at info@mecosboards.ch. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return conditions

The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. This also applies to customers from EU countries.

Exceptions

The right of return and withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, digital products after delivery (e.g. gift vouchers sent by email), and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@mecosboards.ch if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
