Start with both feet centered on the board and find your balance. Hold onto a wall or chair at first until you feel secure. Once you gain confidence, you can experiment with small weight shifts.

We recommend our cork mat for secure grip, floor protection, and a more comfortable, quieter training experience – especially in apartments.

Progression & variation

Vary your standing position, try different exercises, and gradually increase intensity. Advanced users can integrate additional weights or dynamic movements.

Storage & care

THE MINI KIDS is a specially designed kids balance board for children from around 2 years of age, depending on their stage of development. Thanks to the fixed cork roller and child-friendly geometry, it is ideal for playful balancing, first coordination exercises and developing motor skills. THE MINI KIDS has no weight restriction and can therefore also be used by teenagers and adults.

Is THE MINI KIDS safe for children?

Yes. The fixed cork roller prevents the board from rolling away and allows for controlled balancing. The adapted geometry and cork dampers provide additional safety and make it easier to get started. We recommend supervision until the child can balance confidently.
